Sam on the other hand will actually do research for you and send you properties that fit your criteria or better, that includes off market deals as well. He found me an investment property last year and this year a perfect commercial property that I had been looking for awhile.   Sam is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He cares about you, he is all about building a relationship with his clients and not just trying... more to make a sale. I will bet my house, that every client he has had, he is most likely friends with now. I know he is my friend now. Its very rare to find an agent like him. He is knowledgeable about construction/renovations, zoning rules. (He will tell you what you can do and what you cant do with your house or land), etc. When i have searched for houses before, my previous agents have just set me up on the email campaigns and told me to let them know when i see one I like. Sam on the other hand, i tell him what i am looking for and he texts or calls me when a house comes up that checks the boxes. I do get the emails as well but i am always busy and i dont always see them thats what I love about him, I never miss an opportunity because i didnt check my emails. If its a screaming deal he will send it to me right away instead of waiting for me to say I like this. I could go on all day but he just texted me about a property so i have to cut short lol. Great guy, great personality and he loves what he does so he does it with passion and thats what you want on your side when you are looking to make probably your biggest purchase of your life or even selling the biggest asset you have. As a first time home buyer, I did not realize just how essential it was to work with an agent.... more Buying a home takes an enormous amount of time and effort and knowledge and Sam made it feel like a breeze. One thing in particular I enjoyed about working with Sam was his knowledge on the condition of each home we looked into. He was able to identify pretty much everything that would show up on an inspection report and was able to help us weed out the houses that were going structurally going to be a hassle. He can looks at almost any plumbing, electrical, window, roof, etc. and tell you if it was a hack job or something done well by a professional. This saved us a tremendous amount of time when it came to negotiating and understanding the value of our home. 10/10 would work with Sam again!
