  Sam is the best Agent i have ever had. Most agents they just put you on their email list and they hope eventually you find something and then let them know about it. Sam on the other hand will actually do research for you and send you properties that fit your criteria or better, that includes off market deals as well. He found me an investment property last year and this year a perfect commercial property that I had been looking for awhile. He went out of his way and checked on zoning to make sure it was zoned for my needs and more. Most agents, they will send the offer for you and then they will see you at the closing. Sam always goes the extra mile to make your experience of buying or selling a house as less stressful as possible. If you are not using Sam then you are missing out!

  Where do I begin? Sam is the most knowledgeable person I’ve met in the real estate industry. I’m writing this review after the recent changes to realtor fees, but my purchase was made before that. Even with the seller offering a percentage, Sam always provided unbiased and straightforward advice on everything—from the condition of the home to strategies for offers and counteroffers, as well as guidance on lenders, legal matters, and more. With Sam, you’ll feel confident and at ease whether you're buying or selling.

  Sam is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He cares about you, he is all about building a relationship with his clients and not just trying to make a sale. I will bet my house, that every client he has had, he is most likely friends with now. I know he is my friend now. Its very rare to find an agent like him. He is knowledgeable about construction/renovations, zoning rules. (He will tell you what you can do and what you cant do with your house or land), etc. When i have searched for houses before, my previous agents have just set me up on the email campaigns and told me to let them know when i see one I like. Sam on the other hand, i tell him what i am looking for and he texts or calls me when a house comes up that checks the boxes. I do get the emails as well but i am always busy and i dont always see them thats what I love about him, I never miss an opportunity because i didnt check my emails. If its a screaming deal he will send it to me right away instead of waiting for me to say I like this. I could go on all day but he just texted me about a property so i have to cut short lol. Great guy, great personality and he loves what he does so he does it with passion and thats what you want on your side when you are looking to make probably your biggest purchase of your life or even selling the biggest asset you have. All you have to do is just meet and you will not be disappointed.
